Welcome to the Cozy Critters website. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including grooming, walking, and training. Cozy Critters is a non-profit organization; by using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and support our mission of pet welfare.
- Services
Cozy Critters provides grooming, walking, and training services for pets. Our services are subject to availability, staff/volunteer capacity, and may vary depending on your location.
- Booking and Payment
To book our services, you must provide us with your contact information, your pet’s information, and the type of service you require. You must also provide payment information and authorize us to charge your credit card for the program fees or service costs associated with your booking.
- Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. We may also charge a cancellation fee if we are unable to provide the services due to your pet’s behavior or undisclosed health issues.
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided. However, if you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us to discuss the issue.
- Pet Care and Safety
Cozy Critters will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet while in our care. However, Cozy Critters, its board, and its volunteers cannot be held liable for any harm or injury that may occur to your pet while in our care, except for harm or injury caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your pet’s health, behavior, and vaccination status. You must also provide us with any special instructions or requirements for the care of your pet.
- Liability and Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Cozy Critters and its employees, board members, volunteers, and contractors harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your use of our services, except for claims arising from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Our liability for any claims arising from or related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services.
- Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Cozy Critters and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content from our website without our prior written consent.
- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Cozy Critters is incorporated.
Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
